How it works

1. Join once with your first name and email. Confirm your email using the private link.
2. Buy something at a participating business. Any purchase at its usual price counts.
3. Scan the code staff show you and confirm your purchase.
4. See your stamp and progress here. This browser remembers you.

One stamp per different business each UK calendar month. No password or repeated sign-in on the remembered browser. If you change phone or clear cookies, request a fresh private link.

We queue a progress email when you reach 5, 10, 15 and 20 different businesses in a month. Delivery can be delayed, so check your Passport here for your current total. Marketing is a separate optional choice. Your entries go into the draw automatically.

Monthly draw rules

Agreed pilot plan: three collection months, targeting 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027, with the first draw targeted for 1 December 2026 and the final pilot draw for 1 February 2027. Dates are provisional until testing, business agreements and legal review are complete. WOW will guarantee one £100 prize for each pilot month with eligible entries and has agreed a £300 pilot budget; funds being set aside and business voucher arrangements still need confirming before launch. WOW will buy the prize vouchers directly from the agreed businesses. Sponsor withdrawal will not remove a promised prize. This pilot does not depend on the separate WOW-Vouchers payment product.

Eligibility: Great Britain residents aged 18 or over (England, Scotland or Wales), including visitors to Woodhall Spa. One Passport per person. David Charles, Julie, anyone administering the draw and their immediate households cannot enter. Participating business staff may enter but cannot collect stamps at any business where they work. Marketing is optional and does not affect entry. Pilot dates are provisional: November 2026 to January 2027, subject to final launch checks.
Any purchase at its usual price qualifies for one stamp per participating business, per person, per UK calendar month. No entry surcharge or price increase for Passport. Staff show the business QR code after purchase. Collect from different participating businesses. Scans rely on trust and are not proof of purchase. Sharing codes or claiming without a purchase is not allowed. WOW may investigate and remove invalid stamps, recording a reason.
5 businesses = 1 entry; 10 = 3 total; 15 = 6 total; 20 or more = 10 total. Below five = no entry. Entries are automatic. Each entry has an equal chance. Collect before 00:00 UK time on the first day of the next month. Stamps do not carry forward.
One £100 voucher prize each month with eligible entries: £100 from one participating business or £50 each from two. No eligible entries means no winner. The recorded random draw is on the 1st, with the winner notification scheduled before 10am UK time. Email delivery to an inbox cannot be guaranteed; check junk. Seven days to respond, extended to at least 48 hours after a late reminder. A delayed or unverified reminder will not silently remove your chance to claim. Contact WOW if delivery was delayed. We check the reply inbox before any replacement draw.
Voucher terms: One £100 prize per pilot month with eligible entries: £100 credit from one participating prize supplier, or £50 credit from each of two different participating prize suppliers. The £300 pilot prize fund is reserved. Agreed initial suppliers: The Sweet Emporium, re:new gym, re:new Hair & Beauty, Su France Designs and Bearre Designs; live Passport participation must be approved before collecting starts. Prizes may be supplied as a voucher or agreed credit note. Standard prize terms: valid for 12 months from issue, with the exact expiry date shown; no minimum spend or claim fee; unused credit remains available until expiry; redeemable against the issuing business’s normally available goods or services, subject to normal booking and availability requirements. Winners may use credit towards a larger purchase and pay only the difference. No cash alternative or cash change. No additional Passport-related surcharge. WOW will arrange a reasonable equivalent of at least the advertised value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Normal fulfilment within 30 days of the relevant monthly closing date. Statutory rights are unaffected. These prize credits are separate from the WOW-Vouchers payment product. Public entries remain closed pending final rules/privacy review, business onboarding and verified scheduling.
Marketing is optional and does not affect entry. Service emails cover access, milestones and prizes. Your browser stores an essential Passport cookie. Keep private links to yourself. Your name, email, consent, stamp history and draw records are stored privately by WOW. Brevo handles service emails; only people choosing promotional emails are added to the marketing list. Business owners cannot browse participant details. This browser uses an essential cookie for up to 180 days. Private access links expire after 30 minutes; milestone links last seven days. Contact WOW to request a copy or deletion of your data. Records needed for an unresolved prize or complaint may be retained while it is resolved.
