A FULL DAY OF LINCOLNSHIRE HISTORY

St Botolph’s Church known as Boston Stump

START WITH THE STUMP, THEN FOLLOW THE STORY

St Botolph’s Church — the Boston Stump — dominates the town and is the natural starting point. From there, explore the market area, the medieval Guildhall and the riverside links that shaped Boston’s trading history.

Maud Foster Windmill adds a distinctive working-industrial stop, while the marina and river paths give the day a gentler finish. Check separate opening times because the Guildhall and windmill do not open every day.
