WHAT TO EXPECT
- The three private fishing lakes are exclusively for registered park guests and residents. Non-residents cannot fish here. A separate fishing pass is required; staying guests can arrange this through reception or the park’s Holiday Extras.
- The lakes hold carp, bream, tench, roach, rudd, perch and pike.
- Fishing is dawn to dusk, with barbless hooks, unhooking mats and catch-and-release rules.
- Bring your own rods, tackle and bait. Dog-friendly accommodation is available and dogs must stay on leads around the lakes.

ROD LICENCE: In England, anglers aged 13 or over need a valid Environment Agency rod fishing licence as well as the fishery’s own permission or ticket. Junior licences for ages 13–16 are free but must still be obtained.
FISH CARE & RESPONSIBLE ANGLING
Follow every venue rule, use the required landing net and unhooking equipment, never leave rods unattended, return fish carefully, take litter and discarded line home, and respect wildlife and neighbouring anglers.
