HISTORY, WOODS & OPEN VIEWS
The walk begins at the Cottage Museum on Iddesleigh Road. It follows The Broadway past the Golf Hotel and golf club, crosses the course on a public footpath, and returns through the Spa Baths area, past the Kinema and into The Pinewoods.
The route uses surfaced paths, tracks and woodland paths. The official guide reports no stiles and says livestock is unlikely, but the mixed surfaces mean this should not be treated as a fully step-free or wheelchair-suitable route.
