Apply for a free outdoor pitch

Tell us about your stall, what you sell and the space you need. Applications are reviewed to plan the mix of stalls and available space. Submitting this form does not confirm a booking.

Requested dates are preferences. Your pitch location, trading hours, arrival and unloading arrangements will be confirmed separately. Please plan for an outdoor winter event; power and equipment are not guaranteed.

Please email copies to David after applying, quoting the reference in your acknowledgement. Cover levels and any additional safety documents will be reviewed by the organiser.
