Registration is free. Performance fees and expenses are agreed separately — registering does not commit you to an unpaid performance or confirm a booking. An adult should submit this form on behalf of any group with young performers.

Practical details

Christmas activities include outdoor locations. Tell us what conditions and equipment you need; we will discuss suitability, facilities and safety documents before agreeing a performance. Enter “None” where appropriate. If your group includes under-18s, we will discuss the necessary arrangements with your adult representative.

Full registrations are kept privately on this website. Contact details and a summary of your latest registration are also held in Brevo, which sends the acknowledgement email.
